My Trip To Arizona

We left on March 12 on our way to Kingman, AZ. Got through airport security just fine, except Auntie O was not prepared for this trip she forgot to put her small items in a plastic bag. OOPPPS so she was stopped by security to tell her to put them in a bag. I got through security just fine, if a cute sock monkey gal had been around I'd not minded a special search but there were only humans so I let it be.

We boarded the plane @ 7:50PM on our way to Las Vegas, the airline put us in the 3 seater just so I could have my own seat in the middle. I wanted the window but was told NO. Humph!

Then we were on our way, I was scared at first on the take off, but I soon relaxed and was good to go. Uncle Jon let let me watch "Resue Me" on his DVD player. I'm proud that my Uncle Jon is a fireman, considering what I'm made of it's good to have him close by.

I loved the weather in Kingman, it was 89* the first day, so we decided to take a dog to the Doggie Park for some running and playing. I got really scared cause there were some really BIG dogs, so I climbed up on the pole and watched all of them from there.

The next day we decided to go geocaching with Bambi (Jon and Olena's daughter) we went to (Spreading the Love #4 cache) me and Bambi was checking the coordinates before we started. We looked and looked, Finally Uncle Jon found it and then Bambi found it, and I had found it long before them but let them look anyhow.

After that we went back to the hotel to shower and get ready to go
out for dinner, I saw a yellow in front of the Hotel we stayed at (Haunted Hotel) that looked like my parents Jeep, I got all excited but Unlimited Rubicon.

The next morning Bambi came over to say her goodbyes to Nana's and Mom and Dad, we were all just a bit hung over from the previous night of partying at the "Nashville Grill". I jumped into Bambi's arms to say goodbye to her. I really liked Miss Bambi since she was a Preschool Teacher. Here she's telling me she likes monkeys more than kids, that made me giggle.

We stopped off at the Hoover Dam, I really liked all the water, places to could climb, and lots of towers and rocks for to play on. I did stay close to auntie Oleana as I didn't want to fall in though.

We dropped the car off at the rental counter and we got our bags all checked in and was proceeding to the next security check point. We were running behind because we got caught up in the noon traffic in Vegas, and were worried if we would make our flight. There were 100's of people in front of us for the check point ... then we were directed by security to go to a "different" line. There we were checked through right away! Uncle Jon wondered why did we get to go through this line when everyone else was in the other lines? Then it hit him, he saw Nana's in Auntie O's arms and looked at the line that they directed us to go through and it was the "HANDICAPPED LINE". They must have thought Auntie O was " A special person" because she was holding a sock monkey tightly. I always knew my Auntie O was "SPECIAL" now i know it is true. Thank goodness for her being "Special" we got the next security point just in time.

Finally got through all the security to the slot machines to gamble a little, I thought maybe I could win the Moms some money to fix their Jeep up some more. I broke even on the slots with Uncle Jon. I included a pic of where I made a good play and got 3 Jacks! I'll try harder next time.

I was so tired from all the excitement in Vegas and Arizona that I slept all the way home back to Missouri, once there I got a nice spot on the couch.
